  • Still going strong ... lively with immediate aromas of sweet ripe fruit and hints of cocoa and roasted almonds. Complex and rich palate with a velvety sweet fruit quality. Retains some fresh character of its youth while also showing an evolved, mature texture and flavor.

  • Decanted for about 5 hours. Great cork on the bottle, high quality and very tight seal. Color dark, deep purple. Some sediment on the bottle sides but not excessive when poured into the decanter. Nose, immediate and full. Vegetal, bell pepper, black cherry, subtle pipe tobacco. Palate is explosive, full, rich, balanced. Firm and lingering on the finish. My one and only bottle and it was enjoyed. 5,13,17,6=91
