  I was a bit skeptical at first about this Prosecco as it sells for double the price of other Proseccos in our market and the shelf talker says it's awarded three glasses from Gambero Rosso. Appearance: very fine consistent mousse, light lemon green. On the palate, lower pressure than most Prosecco, reminds me of Franciacorta Satèn that gives somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Drier than average Prosecco, no cloying fruitiness and alcoholic taste that plagues some of the Proseccos I have tasted before. Instead you have this almost gossamer like wine with notes of green apple, citrus, hint of yeast and medium plus finish. Poised and elegant.
