  • Crisp, dry, good acidity with aromas of grass, citrus and a little peach - classic Rias Baixas.

  • The wine was medium yellow-golden in colour and offered ripe green apple, lemon, grapefruit, a hint of ice bonbon, some vegetal notes as well as mineral notes (salty sea breeze, wet stone) on the nose. On the slightly steely palate the wine showed green apple, lemon, grapefruit, some peach, some vegetal notes as well as mineral notes, paired with high acidity and very good length. A solid, medium-bodied, mouth-watering, easy-drinking Albariño that paired well with shellfish. We liked it better on day one than on day two.

  • Operation of Bodegas Ramon Bilbao on Rias Baixas on 5 hectares of granite soil with pergola system.
Lemony green. Elegant floral kick of daisy and linden followed by sweet lemon aromas. Medium weight, slightly unctuous with penetrating acidity that builds an appealing balance. A shade of bitterness at the minerally finish.
