Medium lemon color. Refreshing nose of white flowers and citrus and green fruit. Dry, crisp acidity, taste of lemon, grapefruit, green apple, pear, some salinity. Light medium body and finish.

The wine has a clear, pale lemon colour. On the nose the wine is medium intense with fruity flavours, such as citrus, grapefruit, lemonpeel, green apple, but also a certain salinity (sea salt) and a hint of some toast or yeasty smell. I also get flavours of some stonefruit when the wine warms up. It really makes a difference at what temperature you serve this wine. Too cold, then you almost smell nothing (I made that mistake the first day). On the palate the wine is bone dry, with med.+/high acidity, medium alcohol, light body and a medium finish. Flavour intensity is med/med.+, and it has flavours of green apple (really granny smith style), citrus and again some sea salt. It's a very refreshing wine which I think will do great with oysters or smoked salmon.

Great nose, peaches, satsuma, orange rind, all jump out the glass. Frwh, lemony, juicy, some creaminess (lees perhaps) More body than some albarinos, saline tang on the finish. I think it’ll fill out a little with a 6 months in bottle. Good stuff. Lowish alcohol 12.5%

Exemplary albarino, even better from beautiful magnum bottle. Salty and fresh, excellent with seafood and grilled seabass.
