  As with the 2011 Morgon "Les Charmes" from this producer that I opened recently, this needed tons of air to show well. On the pop 'n pour (and a couple hours of slow ox), this was really light and thin and unremarkable. After vacuvin'ing overnight and slow ox'ing another hour, this transformed into a really beauty. Still very light, but so elegant and nuanced with gorgeous earthy Gamay flavors.
