The color of the wine is a light medium red. It does have a typical Pinot noir nose. On the palate, there are strawberries, some licorice, and other light red fruits. It is light to medium bodied. A pleasant wine to drink now.

First, overall it's an okay wine for current drinking. However, not at $50 a bottle.
On the nose, I get the typical Pinot nose, but with some cooked cherry notes. It's not off putting, but it certainly doesn't add to the experience.
On the palate, it does have a medicinal component to the cherry fruit which is kind of short. I really can't recommend it.
