  Very similar to my last bottle. Got more plum on the palate on this one. It was delicious and hope to have another bottle sometime soon. However, it was a step below my previous bottle.

  Drink the first half at Flemings in Newport Beach. While I had him decant it, it was for only a short period of time, but it was excellent. Nice, big and rich with lots of balance and depth and it was just superb with everyone’s steak!
  
  Removed the air and left it overnight. Will have the second half tonight and will update this note if there is any significant changes.
