  A nice bottle. Smooth with some spice box, a hint of black fruit and some Rutherford dust. A pleasant lingering finish. I expected it to be a tad better but it showed its age a tiny bit. Deep crimson and black in color but showed it's bricking at the edges of the glass. Shared with others and everyone enjoyed it. It was my last battle.

  I believe that this particular vintage may be nearing the end of its potential cellar time. It's okay, but not great. Second day, a very, very slight hint of vinegar on the nose ( but certainly not enough to discard). I did not have a bottle back in 2010, so I cannot compare, but this bottle does not have much "fruit forward" taste. I would recommend decant for a short time, and finish drinking in one evening.
