Great texture, beex wax and salinity in day 1, although the color is way darker than this is supposed to be... average acidity. Feels mature to me, is it oxidized or perhaps is it the vineyard? Butteaux uses to have more weight than Michel's Forets or Tonerre. On day 2 (actually several days after) it doesn't improve, darker in color and overall, a bit over the hill if you look for the young side of Chablis. Actually it's a bit oxidized. Could resemble a mature Chablis but lacks the tertiary flavors that you get with 15+ years in bottle.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of wet stones, a little quince and yellow apples. Flavors of green apples and limes. Bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.
My guess was this is Old World, France, White Burgundy, Chablis, 2015 Fevre.

Drank over 3 days. Similar impressions to DRWINE2001 note: Very approachable, nice, typical nose with wonderful texture, weight and acidity on palate. More elegant, lighter and balanced than the Forets, I preferred this Butteaux much more.

No notes but this was good and still very fresh and early in its drinking window.

Visit to Domaine Louis Michel-2013 and 2012 Wines (Chablis): Again, impressive weight and texture for a stainless steel wine. Better underlying acidity than the 2012 Forets. Excellent, for mid-term drinking.
