Not decanted, consumed over ~3 hours. This bottle matched up well with my note from a year ago, although I noted that it performed much better alongside a spicy pizza dinner than on its own. Without accompaniment, it seemed a little hollow, but it still performed pretty well overall. Fairly lean, with spicy herbal and earthy notes more prominent than fruit, good stuff overall, maybe at its best in the next couple of years.

Buono e prezzo molto onesto (8,5 euro).

Not decanted, consumed over ~1 1/2 hours, with some left for night 2. I thought this might go well with a red sauce that had spicy sausage and herbs in it...one whiff and I knew I had made a good guess. Dark cherry fruit, charred meat, dried oregano, a little wet soil. Decent structure, although a bit rustic (which I don't really mind).
This drinks well enough with some air now, but I expect it'll improve and be enjoyable for another five plus years (although, admittedly, I'm not an expert on aglianico).
