Cork seeping a bit but bottle is still in good shape. Lime peel, grapefruit, slate. Dry with great acidity. Medium finish. Yummy. Amazing pairing with Le Bal Cafe's olive oil poached squid.

Green apple and lime aromas. Flavors of key lime pie, unripe banana and ginger ale. Fresh tasting. Has aged well but likely more enjoyable a few years younger. Needs to be served cold.
