  Sublime; extremely complex and balanced. Dominant notes of red cherries over a long balanced backbone of minerals and soft spice, with perhaps a hint of mint. Really extraordinary long, nuanced finish that kept changing (balancing acid and tannins) without losing pure focus of deep red fruit. Much more interesting and deeper than I expected. Balanced and elegant. Wow.
