Vinturied into decant- Stellar showing, not sure it will get better, great balance, acidity is right on for food, in the sweet spot. Really not much of an age issue yet. Drink now -2022

When it was opened, it was pure sour cherry on the tongue. Opened up very slowly in the glass and bottle over the next few hours. Probably should have decanted, but additional dark fruit flavors did develop. Medium tannins. I don't think I agree with the community assessment that this should have been drunk by now.

Much improved over the last btl, ruby red in the glass, this had a nice funk going on, not a juicy fruited monster, more refined in style. Med bodied with balanced acidity, really a good food wine. No signs of age, would re buy.

Violets plums earth olives. Low to medium body and acidity. Low and invisible alcohol. Plenty of varietal correctness and a very pleasant drink, however I like a but more tension and snap in my syrah. But there are very few good domestic syrah imo. Drink now.
