  从来没喝过夜丘的白，以前错失过几次机会，看到就买了，尝试。Les Terres Blanches是个很小很冷门的NSG一级园，整个只有0.91公顷。AM89-91，不耕地皇帝倒是挺推荐尝试的。并不是100%霞多丽，有10%的pinot blanc。冷藏降温后在不耕地杯里边醒边升温。做得不比伯恩丘白酒三大村差，百花、矿物、梨，有点甜（香气）有点油润（口感）的感觉。工整、偏向强劲。有点像Meursault和Chablis的合体，不像Puligny

  This hasn't changed much in the last couple of years. My tasting note from November 2016 would apply equally now. I'll be waiting at least two years to open my next bottle of this.

  What a great bottles of white burgundy! So fresh and fruity. Green apples, stones, lime, even tad of honey at the end of the nose. All in all very complex nose and equally layered taste. Only hope I should be so lucky to taste this one again.

  Based on reviews and discussions with some friends, I decided to decant this wine. Decanted for a couple of hours and kept in the fridge. Glad I did. The air really helped open this up. Glorious nose of pears, white flowers, smoke, butterscotch. Racy acidity in the mouth, with thick mouthfeel and good fruit. Quite delicious. Wait a year or two to open the next one. Decant!

  Maybe flawed, with its evident aromas of cat shit, which dissappeared after 5 minutes, though. A bit four squared mouth feeling. Not the most elegant.
