A goodbye toast to my mother in law and this champagne was worthy of her spirit. Full of life beyond its years, fresh and vibrant, compexity of flavor, interesting, smooth and long finish.
Ganz grossartig!

Has not changed much over the last few years. Clean, medium weight, some almonds, candied citrus.

No Malo, 10+ years on lees, this really shines now. Apple, hazelnut with fresh round acidity. Great time to pop this
