  Good solid sparkling wine, balanced and focused, fruit and acid work well together, drank with cheese, will drink again.

  I liked this more than the blanc de blanc. On same quality level as the other big CA houses. Moderately effervescent with lemon and some stone fruit. Not complex but still enjoyable.

  This wine has a deep yellow color with a mild bite. It is not sweet, but very dry.

  Nose of lemon and orange. Cream, yeast, and yogurt. Some apple, grape skin, and seltzer. Flavor is slightly sweet and a touch acidic. Lots of green apple, melon, and grapefruit. Sweet grape, some mineral oil, and yeast. Pretty nice.
