Half bottle. Decanted 1 hr. Mid yellow with green tinges . Mineral and honey nose, some citrus. Proper GC weight but lacing a little complexity and finese on the finish. Good though. ***

Very similar note to the previous half just over a year ago. Mid to pale greenish yellow. Mineral, wet-stone nose. Honey, some citrus and lovely minerality coupled with quite a weighty texture, finishing with a lovely comb honey length. Similar profile to the 99 1er Cru Chablisienes tasted at the Chablis Offline earlier this year but with the added GC dimension of extra depth, weight and intensity. Excellent.

Mid to pale yellow coloured - nowhere near gold and still with a slight green tinge. Quite a Chablis nose, slightly wet wool and stones. Honey and lanolin on the attack with a satisfying core of mineral with hints of lime. long. Proper GC depth and intensity. Excellent considering it was from half.
