Pleasant, balanced, relatively light; unoaked. Light pear / stone fruit? A bit of minerals. Not particularly deep or long, on the lean side. A good food wine. May develop more character over time.

Typical oaked Chardonnay nose with butter, nuts, apples and pears. Medium body, high acidity with a tart astringency and distinct bitterness. A good quality wine, but nothing overly exciting

Served a little too cold at first which muted the nose and minerality. Initially showed tight with hard candy lime/citrus fruit. As it warmed it added some green apple, nice salinity and a slight almond, popped corn note on the finish. Much better when served at the right temperature.
