Decanted for over 90 minutes. Plum and Dark Cherry clearly on the nose and lingering taste as it coats. Perhaps starting to swing out of balance in terms of acidity.

United Cellars Bordeaux tasting 2015 (Harbour 220/L15 131 Macquarie Street): aromas of cream, chocolate and an almost raspberry fruit, elements that is quite jubey on agitation the fruit darkens and some more herbaceous notes. In he mouth the wine is juicy and slightly tangy but the fruit is almost non-existent on the palate. Tannins are tight, drying and unforgiving, tying up the front and mid-palate. Nah.

Very juicy, with lots of black fruit, oak, and a hint of earth. I liked the taste of Merlot upfront and the tannins and finish of cab in the back. Fun balance and layers to unravel. Give it 45mins to open up.

Very nice, fairly typical Merlot (52%) led Napa red. Great QPR.

Bright high toned fruit.
Very good
Reminds me of domaine de'l'A southern France wine
