wind gap (the barlow): My first thought was that this is a chablis 1er cru. Perhaps the fruit was just a tad bit on the ripe side of things with sunny fruit expression, but mostly this was dominated by a minerally, seashell quality and on the palate this was dry, lean, elegant. only neutral (used) oak.
