My last bottle, not quite as fresh and vibrant as I recall when opened 2 or 3 years ago. Mature apple aromas with subtle spice. Apple and pear flavors, still very good but also showing a little age, slightly dull and not showing the level of acidity I vaguely recall in the recesses of my mind.
