  • Relatively sweet, as is the style here, but time has tamed the sweetness (and the acidity, but it's still balanced). Pure, piercing, citric. Cellared since original release.

  • As hoped, this has fleshed out considerably. Again, apples and peaches, elderflower, still quite sweet but lifted by beautiful acidity. Integrated better with air. Quite long finish. Fresh as a daisy, thirst quenching, Excellent. Drink or hold.

  • Another strange experience. Very shy nose that opened up after some time in the glass - some apple and peach. Quite sweet with a lot of CO2 and actually somehow simple. Light and not a very remarkable finish with a bit of acidity. Somehow it tasted like a sugary soft drink. I really wanted to like it but alas... The rest of the bottle was left in the fridge overnight and it seemed to gain some weight and balance. Probably it was just too young. I will keep my remaining bottle for some time.
