Drank this at a Chinese restaurant in Athens. Common wisdom has it that moschofileros are meant to be drank very young, but there are different views on that. Tselepos (this wine's producer) believes that the best moschofileros reach their peak one year after their release and drink nicely for another 2 years at least. This bottle was a proof that he is absolutely right. The colour has darkened to medium straw with some grey hues typical of the variety. Complex nose that displays honey, honeysuckle and peach alongsode the variety's signature aromas of white rose, citrus fruit and lukum. Medium-bodied and balanced with bright acidity and a very satisfying aftertaste. Thanks to the additional complexity, it paired perfectly well with chinese cuisine. Will continue drinking nicely for another year at least.

100% Moschofilero. Light orange-pinkish hue. Perfumed nose of orange, peach, blossom flowers, very Muscat-like. Palate is medium-bodied and dry (not sweet) with orange peel, citrus and floral notes, vibrant acidity. Quite warm mouthfeel with 13% alcohol. Excellent length on the finish. Recommended buy.

Lightly pinkish shiny yellow color. Apricot, lychee, and jasmine tea. Saline and high toned. Gewurztraminer-like aroma, but lively acidity is keeping it food-friendly. Very good value at $14. 88-89.

Pink gold color (unexpected given prior vintage didn't show this). Slight fizz even too. Nice body with stone fruit, jasmine, and wildflowers.

Pale peach/gold; lychees, floral, honey; off-dry, lychee, pomelo, minerally, light body, citrusy acidity, good balance, decent finish.
Slightly sweet and bitter lychee/grapefruit flavor with solid spine of acidity. Enjoyed with thai stir-fry.
