  • Medium ruby colour. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium+ intensity aromas of very ripe cherries, strawberries, hints of blue flowers and neutral oak.

It is dry in the mouth with a medium+ acidity. It has medium+ fine-grained tannins and a high alcohol. It has a medium+ body and medium+ intensity flavours. The finish is medium+.

It is a good quality wine. It has a nice balance among acidity, tannins and fruit concentration, although the alcohol is a bit to high for a perfect balance. The finish is persistent and there's some good concentration, but the nose is rather simple,

  • Sight: Deep ruby with purple flashes.
Nose: Pepper, Black raspberry, blackboard eraser
Palate: On the lighter side of the St. Joseph spectrum. Blanced and subtly peppery. Smooth and elegant but with a subtle dark note. Delicious.
