  • The wine has all the classic aromas of northern rhone syrah. Dark and red berries, plenty of black pepper with nuances of dark olives and smoked meat. However in the mouth the wine lacks depth and substance.
I was very much looking towards 2021 vintage as something more classic after series of warmer years. This left me a bit dissapointed, hopefully some higher end bottlings will be better.

  • One hour slow ox. Very very deep magenta color. Black cherry, plum, and charred marshmallow. Smooth, dry palate. Firm, full tannins on the medium finish.

Youthful Rhône blend. Nothing very special, but did the trick at a group dinner in Valence (France).
