Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • The cork was very crumbly but the wine was good. It had a fresh nose of capsicum, pipe tobacco, mint, sweet cedar and curry leaf. It was sweet and vinous in the mouth with some savoury edges. It wasn't particularly deep but was fresh, balanced and inviting. It worked particularly well with a beef casserole and was universally enjoyed at the table.
