  • Drank on Thanksgiving, did not decant, it could have used it. Super rich and flavorful, great finish. Could use some more age.

  • An excellent red blend of Grenache & Syrah with a clean, fruity bouquet, nice legs, and well balanced flavors pared with prime rib & au gratin. Should continue to age well.

  • Aromatic and interesting nose. Deep, dark, brooding fruits reminiscent on the 2011, but far less heady. Sweet, briary fruits and spice, smoked meats and leather. Medium-full bodied with good extraction. This has all the hallmarks of the 2012 vintage, but is not at all austere at this point. Rich blue and blackberries, cedar, sweetly perfumed white flowers. Rosemary and lavender. This shows absolutely awesome purity of fruit and flavors. I wish I had purchased much more of this! Like a hypothetical blend of Gigondas and CdP. The fantastic aromatics of the top-notch Gigondas with the more voluptuous texture of CdP. Excellent tannic structure and acidity. Bright and fresh as a daisy. Fantastic stuff. Drinkable now with 2+ hours in a decanter. Drink late 2016-2024+ 93 df 9.4

  • This tasted great from the first sip out of the bottle and did nothing but get better. For wine this age it has very sturdy legs, pretty soon it will be syrup WTSO deal I believe it an absolute steal @ $29.99 I feel like I'm robbing them. I will call Monday and see if they have anymore. Drinks smooth and supple, just delightful. Paired with grilled pork chops, new potatoes and fresh broccoli.
You can drink now and enjoy it greatly or hold for a few.
