Dry yet suggestion of sweetness; green apple initially, but nothing too vibrant. A little flat on the palate (not in terms of carbonation but more a reflection of a lack of distinguishing characteristics).

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of toast, cherries and Acacia. Flavors of cherries, lemon and strawberry. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink now.

This smells really good, it reminds me of freshly sliced strawberries and whipped cream. There is a hint of yeasty-ness in there too. Nice weight and texture in the mouth, the bubbles are very fine as I rinse it around my mouth before swallowing. The strawberries from the nose are present in the mouth, fresh red fruit, a touch tart, edging toward raspberries. The flavor clings to the tongue for a good amount of time, and the core of red fruit and acid lingers well after the wine finishes. I really like this wine overall. The freshness, purity and balance are all very well done. I dig it.

Fantastic effort from Teutonic. Burnished color, rich apple, and long finish with some good minerality.
