Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon at just over 20 years this still has impressively full colour. Reticent nose needs a little persuasion post decanting. Possibly slightly past its peak with some signs of drying but a very good drink with food. Best drunk over the next couple of years I'd say.

55 degrees and 75% humidity storage from release: Rasberry mocha and creme de cassis on the nose with hints of leather and spice (cinn and cedar ) Medium body smooth finish still drinking very well for last bottle. Went well with Pasta Bolognese but even better would be roast beef
