Tropical and rich with very good concentration, but much more advanced than I'd prefer, or vs the previous bottle from the same case last year. Not particularly enjoyable when popped-and-poured, then in exactly the same place two hours later.

Drinking with Dressner (Act II) (Le Caveau, Chamblee, GA): Terrific aged white Burgundy hazelnut, rich, layered, at peak but with no danger of decline, it is ridiculously good right now and puts most white Burgs from more prestigious appellations to shame. A little RS pops its head out with air as it just gets better

Much like another bottle from a few months ago, very advanced when popped-and-poured. Odd...these were still so enjoyable last year.

Beautifully aged, I can’t imagine it getting any better.

Baked apple with sweet spice. Rich and demi-sec, but with so much concentration that it worked perfectly with rich seafood. No hurry to drink this up.
