Salmon/bronze color - clear. Medium intensity aromas of stone fruit and almonds but primarily mineral - wonderful. Definitely smells like a white wine. Medium(+) acidity with moderate alcohol. As previous reviewers have stated, this wine is all about the minerality - a beautiful rosato

Has to be one of the best roses in Italy, the sophistication of this wine is really hard to beat. More about minerals than anything else, with almond/honey notes and a great brightness. Holds its own really well with food.

Elisabetta Fagiuoli says she would like this wine drunk as an aperitif, ideally out of a champagne flute. Pale orange, pink hue, like the skin of an apricot. Very slightly effervescent. Delicious, gentle bouquet of rose petals, lemon rind, orange rind, and wet stones. The flavors teeter between mouth-filling and taut. The wine is delicious, it never becomes broad or tiring. Long, elegant finish. Modest, delicious wine.

The acidity is perfect...Just dances in your mouth. The rust is a really apt descriptor. Sorry for the jumbled note but it disappeared fast. Really good wine for summer.
