  Decanted.
  Aromas are restrained but reveal notes of stewed fruits, blueberry, raspberry and plum that are port like with the addition of sage, violets and spice.
  The palate confirms, showing stewed fruits of blueberry, plum, fig and raspberry that coat the palate with moderate-plus density accompanied with flavors of tamarind, sage, crushed violets and a hint of spice. The tannins are plush and chewy. The finish lingers on fig and chewy tannins.

  pretty closed off right now, but a significant decant reveals ample fruit flavored with plenty of body. I'd crank corks starting mid 2016 at earliest.
