Very good wine this. Still young and fresh with plenty of citrus and a hint of fennel on the palate - but the age is creeping through with a distinct green apple character too, and a little palate weight. No hint of honey or richness though (if you get my distinction). Delicious now, will improve with age.

Tasted blind. Clear, medium lemon in color with some green hues. The nose is clean, with a pronounced petrol streak and aromas of stone fruit, white flowers and citrus. The nose is medium to medium (+) in intensity and is developing (+). The palate is quite dry, with medium (+) to high acidity and the medium (+) minerality. The alcohol is medium to medium (-) at 12.0%. The palate is clean, consistent with the nose and slightly austere, with medium body, flavor intensity and length, ending on a slightly bitter lemon or grapefruit rind finish. It is drinking well and is not likely to improve with further aging.

Outdoor Barbecue Dinner with Wine (Princeton, NJ): What a delicious wine! Citrus, lime, lemon. Good acidity. Quite tasty on its own and with the barbecue pork ribs and chicken wings.
We paid $15 on sale. Great qpr.
Drink now or age.

Not quite as tasty as the Contours, nor of Polish hill, a nebulous area in between which may quite be unnecessary.

Strong lime zest on the nose. Like a gin and tonic smell. Palate is zesty clean but with some heft there, long lingering mineral finish.
