  • This Vin Santo does a great job of bridging the gap between a more oxidized traditional style and a more vibrant modern style. Medium gold in color. The nose is clean, with medium (+) to pronounced intensity. Aromas of almonds, hazelnuts, apricots, orange zest, sweet spices, honey and balsamic. The palate is off-dry, with medium (+) acidity which is palate cleansing. This is a medium (+) bodied white, with medium (+) to pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish. Very balanced and harmonious.
