This is something different. Unclear orange colour. Apricot and vegetables on the nose. Medium acidity, good amount of tannins, good lenght. The style might be controversion, but I like it. Quite high price in Norway.

First day, muted nose, very dry and quite tart, shows oxidation (but less than the traditional Savagnin from Jura). Some days later, in the nose petroleum with fruit in the background (apricot?), on the palate fresh, starts to get smoother but not very complex yet. Overall a typical orange wine that needs to age some more years, good potential (89-91?) but most probably not the top level that this winery shows with other wines.

BYO Blind Tasting: Extremely mature and almost rotting apples, pronounces natural wine feel, bitter, abundance of tannin -- but also bitterness. Short, bitter finish. Absolutely not my cup of wine. NR
