  Lots of exotic black pepper and citrus-y/citronella, bug spray type aromas. Palate shows more mineral and pepper than fruit. Aside from the depth of color to this wine, it feels like a kissing cousin to the 2011 Lapierre Morgon in profile. More purple fruit aromas and flavor than the Lapierre, plus lots of purple in the hue too.
