Tasted the trio over the weekend: the zero dosage, dosage, and dosage +must. Color is just a hint darker than the other two. Bigger bouquet, and it took more airtime to fully open up but was quite special once it did. Almost as much tension and verve as the zero dosage, but there’s more depth and “chewability” in here with some pomegranate and cherry to go with the tropical notes. Finish does end somewhat abruptly. More Pinot than Chard-like, of course, it’s neither. Another high recommend. 5+12+16+8= 91

I tasted all three of these experimental L'Origen bottlings side by side; they differ only in dosage. This one was the best of the bunch. All three have similar profiles of lemon and toast, with a creamy effervescent texture, but without much depth and a short-medium finish. The "dosage sugar" is sweeter than the Nature, obviously, but not in a very integrated way. The "dosage must," which usages grape must in lieu of sugar, is quite different from the other two, with greater richness, more depth of flavor, and a much more integrated sweetness than the dosage sugar.

Wow, showing really well! No signs of age. Beautiful texture. Not showing as dry or sweet - really like the balance.

Nice richness, with citrus and toast predominant. Not very long, but a reasonable sparkler with a nice attack and good acidity.
