  • Medium lemon colour. The nose shows attractive medium(+) intensity aromas of lemon peel, white pepper, cucumber, fennel and hints of fresh apricots.

In the mouth it is dry with a medium well-integrated acidity. It has an oily and unctuous texture. The alcohol is high and the wine is full-bodied with a medium(+) concentration of flavours. The finish is persistent.

It is an interesting wine with an original aromatic palette and a decent finish. The richness of its texture contributes to balance the alcohol, however it is still slightly unbalanced. Some more fruit concentration, and a bit more of acidity, would help.

Drink now, it does not have enough acidic structure to be kept, maybe it could withstand 1-2 years, but I do not see it improving in any way.
