Tasted a bit tired as we drank it, a bit of alcohol took over the flavor, still a decent white at a good price, a wine for immediate consumption, Portuguese whites can be very good but go for the most recent years.

Pale golden in the glass, attractive. Complex though background aromas of nuts and white fruits. Taste is accomplished, fine balance and excellent acidity. Our introduction to this wine from the renowned Esporao stable - great value.

Pale lemon colour. Clean and youthful nose showing scents of lemon peel, peaches and hints of white flowers and lees.
It is dry in the mouth with a moderate acidity and a slightly warm alcoholic strength. It is medium-bodied with a medium+ flavour concentration and a medium+ finish.
It is a good quality wine. It has enough flavour intensity and a persistent finish, however some more natural acidity would provide it with more freshness, and it's not particularly complex in the nose. A nice and decently-balanced wine to enjoy on a warm summer evening.
Drink now, it does not have enough acidic structure to be aged and it will lose its fruity aromas if kept for too long.

Balanced white that smoothed out as we drank it, good acid, drank with blackened salmon, good value, would drink again.
