From 75cl, perfect cork, P+P. Another outstanding bottle as previously noted. Knife-edge balance between steely, mouth-watering acidity and sumptuous black/dark-red fruit, almost shockingly intense on the entry and with an extraordinarily clean, linear drive through to the long, tingling finish. Lovely, ripe, puckering tannins leave the mouth just dry enough to crave the next sip. Simply gorgeous now, probably time to drink up. 91-92P

From 75cl, beautiful cork. Still going strong, this was more visceral and exciting last year. Still: Great dark cinnamon-infused berry/plum action, excellent acid balance to the rich, strongly alcoholic liquor. The last drop was the best, always a good sign. 90P

From 75cl, perfect cork. Not sure what pilatus 88 had in her or his glass on 13.05.2018, but it certainly wasn't this tense, super-concentrated ancient-vine Carignan essence, whose hint of sweetness only serves to balance the massive ripe-acid thrust, explosive blueberry fruit and lyrical, fine-flowing tannins. At peak right now, no hurry. 92P

From 75cl, perfect cork, decanted 1 hour. Another gorgeous bottle, big vibrant dark fruit, intense ancient Carignan undertow, gradually softening super-ripe tannins. Best now-2019? 91-92P
