  • In the glass were tiny bubbles which formed a great mousse, nose of pear, sliced apple, floral notes, and shale, more of the same on the palate, mouth filling fruit, medium body, almost elegant, touch simple, almost at its peak drinking range, long finish.

  • Bought this last month based on reviews, lovely, medium amount of tiny bubbles created a lovely mousse, touch of apple, pear, brioche, more of the same on the palate, slightly subdued fruit, maybe better in 2 years, medium body, tasted delicate but with mouth filling intensity, good acid, like a combination of Bordeaux Blanc and Spanish Albarino, easy to sip and savor throughout the meal, long, long finish with good acid, worth the $68 I paid.
