  Un riesling à maturité, c'est quand même sympa. Dans la gamme Trimbach, on est dans de l'intermédiaire, mais cette bouteille s'est remarquablement présentée. Très léger terpène, nez ouvert et assez classieux, la bouche suit avec une matière patinée, et en même temps presque tannique, c'est très bon. Seule la persistance assez légère rappelle que l'on n'est pas sur un grand terroir, mais c'est délicieux !

  Working my way through different Riesling to try and understand. And this particular style is quite nice. No residual sugar and no sweetness. Charming nose of citrus, peach, petroleum and passion fruit. But in the mouth it seems quite young and undeveloped. Very acidic and short aftertaste. Save the last bottle for much later.

  Lemon lime nose. Hint of Kero. Great structure and mouth feel. Nice length very moreish.
