Lime stone, flint, suttle tropical fruit, lemon, good acid! Well integrated, good finish, as good as it gets, great Chablis around $30 from a reputed wine maker.

Sweet nose with aromas of peaches, cantaloupe, and limestone. Tastes textbook (almost boringly so) Chardonnay. Notes of cantaloupe and peaches. It does have Chablis harmony though, and a tingling finish. Hold and let it mature further.

Drank over two nights. This doesn't show well at first. 86pts on night #1 and 91pts on night #2. Give it air and let it stand up for a while as there is something in suspension. Night #1 Showing some aokiness I didn't expect and maybe some left over lees effect? Rounder, softer than I expected. Needs a little lift. Hoped for more from this old vine cuvee and producer for Kermit Lynch. Night #2 this has gotten its act together, oak is off the table, and showing more focused and vibrant minerality and typical Chablis flavors. Give this more air than I did or more btl age.

floral and citrus in the nose and the mouth, with good minerality and medium acidity.

A few steps behind the excellent 2012. Good and lean but missing the fruit needed to carry through to the finish. Was hoping for more.
