D+0h: hardly any deposit in the filter, but a big chunk and some grains in the bottle, smells of blackberry and raspberry D+4,5h: dark as ink, smells of strawberry, blackberry and a little bit of eucalyptus, smooth in the mouth, the 14,5% alc. are well integrated, medium body, in the mouth strawberry and raspberry, in the aftertaste strawberry and pencil lead (probably from the Cabernet Sauvignon), in the aftertaste there is still a scratchy sensation from unripe tannins, medium finish (20 sec), a good wine which is probably not ready yet, at this stage a longer decant (probably five hours is advisable in my opinion)
