I liked this but we are at the end of its good life, so drink this in next 2 years. Bottle professionally stored in bond, so this may have more life left than others. Lots of secondary and tertiary here, the wine somehow is still balanced with acidity. But in my view the 10yrs test is clear, this is not going longer than couple years from now

Bday lunch at Wa-I. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensiy, with aromas of stony minerals, chalkiness, citrus lemon, green apple. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium malcohol (13.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rounded citrus lemon with slight curd, honey, integrated toast oak with hints of nuts, nice wet stony minerality. Long finish. Very good quality. Lucky no premox! Still fresh and good on day 3 actually. Improved with air showing more sweet green apple with sizzling acid tension and wet stone minerality.

Nice white burg. Lemon curd, minerality, some pleasant bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied. Very good with stinky runny cheese and pecan crusted sole!

pretty. tart apple; good acidity and minerality; def on the light side in term of body and fullness; a tad more in intensity from start to finish would warrant a higher score as there is a lot here that is in balance that I like in white burgs.
