Remarkably good. On point. Decanted 90 minutes. Excellent length. Balanced oak with perfect mix of fruit and acidity. Orchard fruit in front, with citrus behind. Supremely integrated and harmonious. Lovely.

La Paulée de NY Grand Tasting (Pier 60 - NYC): Similar to the 2014 tasted immediately prior, though a bit more tropical in flavor. The palate also has a shade more ripe fruit and lushness. But make no mistake this is a concentrated and crisp Chablis that should age just fine. I slightly preferred the 2014 for it's more classic character. 92-93+

BYO Homecoming: Blind, magnum. Rund og pleasing, kanskje ikke den mest nyanserte og ikke så typisk chablis.

Nydelig, i motsetning til forrige flaske. Fremdeles ung og kan godt ligge noe lenger.

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting. From magnum. Rich and ripe, certainly very tasty and still nicely fresh. even if not classically Chablis-like to me.
