Light bodied, with strawberry, balsa wood, and light salt. Good for lighter fare, and went well with Nicosie salad. Probably a little light and lean for drinking on its own and definitely lacks the body for game.

Cool fruit aromas up front, amazing nose of raspberry and faint jasmine/floral elements that really balance a secondary earthy note well. Light oak on the nose, more on the palate in first few minutes. Interesting palate that is smooth yet nice firm acidity that reminds me of pomegranate pulp and seed together. Really nice wine that keeps evolving as it opens up.

A well produced Pinot. Rose petal nose with a medium body mouth feel. Smooth and not overly acidic. Flavors of cherry with a back drop of musty forest floor. This is well produced and complex. The Cherries on the finish are long and lingering.

Cloudy bright maroon; very pretty nose, floral, piercing fruit, sweet sour cherries, hints of raspberry; palate shows lots of richness and texture for lower alcohol; needs just a little more tannin to be better balanced; maybe hold for a year or two.
