Good density but over-oaked to my taste. Oak spice notes evident in the bouquet and the finish is long but rather bitter. The tannins are not pronounced so this is on one level ready to drink but it’s not to my liking at this point in its evolution. There is a good deal of material there so perhaps it will evolve in a few years into something more pleasing.
