  O: rouge foncé, teinte légèrement "briquée" sur les rebords.
  N: dattes, cerises, pruneaux, et peut-être un peu de muscade au nez.
  B: corpulent, très long, acidité moy, noyaux de cerises, pruneaux confits, tanins faibles, un peu de sucre mais équilibré, sans aucune lourdeur!
  Un vin "confit", tendance vers le porto effectivement, mais d'une précision étonnante.
  Pourra tenir bien longtemps mais très agréable en ce moment.
  Un des bons Amarone que j'ai bu.

  This is interesting, it tastes like Amarone but at the same time reminds me of vermouth and port wine. Very bold. Ready to drink.

  This is a remarkably different Amarone due to the prevalence of herbal aromas in addition to the more traditional black cherry and sweet baking spices. The palate is dry, with very intense flavors, medium acidity and medium tannins and very high alcohol (16%, which however tastes more like 14.5%). It is aged for 36 months in large botti, followed by at least 8 months in the bottle. It is barely now entering its optimal aging window, which is likely to last through at least 2025.
