A nose of red fruits, spice and forest floor. A palate of red fruit, integrated tannins and it melted away. Pity the finish wasn't longer, but a great village wine and for the price and vintage excellent value.

Library Bistro Offline (Seattle, WA, USA): Earthy, kirsch-like notes on the nose. Great body and acidity, simply lovely with the duck. Powerful, lingering finish that keeps you coming back. Nice bottle of Burgundy!

good core of ageing fruit, spicy. piercing acidity - needs lots of fatty meat - but lovely interesting lush fruit as well
